Terms of Service

This document is available in five languages. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of the translation.
1. Service
TeoriKlar provides Swedish B theory practice and a separate Russian ABM bank, explanations, practice exams and progress tracking. It is independent of the authorities and does not guarantee passing an official test.
2. Free and paid access
A free account includes 10 answer checks in total across both banks and every language, not 10 per day. Skips and language changes do not use checks; clearing statistics does not restore them. Paid plans include both banks, all five languages and full exams.
3. Recurring subscription
The weekly subscription renews every 7 days. The monthly subscription renews every calendar month, not every 30 days. Stripe Checkout shows the amount and billing period before you pay. Paid access starts after payment confirmation and continues for paid billing periods.
4. Cancellation
Cancel future renewals using Manage subscription on Pricing and confirm in the payment portal. Access continues until the paid period ends, as shown in your account. Cancellation of renewals is separate from withdrawal or a refund request. If the portal is unavailable, contact support before renewal.
5. Your account and consumer rights
Keep your credentials private and use the service lawfully. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights, remedies for defective service or applicable withdrawal rights. Report access or content problems through support. Official test bookings and fees are separate from TeoriKlar.
6. Price and changes
The applicable amount, billing period and renewal are disclosed before payment. Check the final total and any tax in Checkout. Material changes to an existing subscription must be communicated before they take effect; merely continuing to use the service does not remove mandatory rights.
